Using AI is all the talk these days, including talk about it replacing agents and many other careers.
You know, I am sure some jobs very likely will be replaced with AI, I certainly don’t think the real estate agent is one of them though. Having said that, I do think that AI is going to change the way we “do real estate”.
I saw a quote recently that said something like: AI won’t replace real estate agents, but agents that use AI will replace the ones that don’t”.
I actually don’t believe that is true either. Real estate always has been and always will be a relationship business and so there always will be agents that just do things the “old fashioned” way and they will do just fine.
What I do believe, is that AI can make our job easier and that we can get things done much faster by using a number of AI tools. We also will be able to get things done in a more cost effective manner!
